These terms cover your use of CRE Room (creroom.com), its shows, courses and community. By using it, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

Education, not investment advice

Everything on CRE Room is for education. The shows, The CREE Course, the templates, the deal reviews, Ask Troy and anything said in the community are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell a security. Do your own diligence, and talk to licensed professionals before you act.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older and to use your real name. One account per person, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Membership is reviewed by a person, and we can decline or close an account.

The deal board

Listings come from members. Our deal desk reviews each one before it posts, but a review is not verification, an appraisal or an endorsement. If you list a property, you must have the right to share it, keep it accurate and meet any licensing rules that apply to you. Anything you arrange with another member is between you and them.

What you post

You own what you post. You let us show it to members and keep it as needed to run the site. Do not post anything you are not allowed to share, including other people's confidential documents.

How to behave

No spam, harassment, misleading listings or attempts to break, scrape or misuse the site. We can remove content and suspend accounts that do any of these.

Courses and files

Course videos, templates and library files are for your own use. Do not copy, share or resell them.

Paid membership

Paid membership opens on November 6th, 2026. Payments run through Stripe. A subscription renews each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; your access then lasts to the end of the period you paid for. A founding price stays yours for as long as that subscription stays active. If something went wrong with a charge, email [email protected].

No guarantees

CRE Room is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise either, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use CRE Room means you accept the update.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
